spend some time with your cats. maybe read a book, or watch a movie you like. or call up a friend. or try something you've always wanted to try but never have.

pathetic... unless your talking about Zoloft, Celexa or the like in which case please get back on them so that you don't off yourself in a selfish rage. Otherwise read a book, take a hike, attend an NA meeting, ride a bike, go to church (though I would never, they are generaly excepting of people of all types). Volounteer at a soup kitchen, get a job (or 2nd job), volounteer at an old folks home, join any organization that would involve you being involved. Get off the damn computer and just go outside and take a deep breath and enjoy.
