The psychedelic music filled beautiful summer of NZ!

Hokay. Summer is coming up and well, that means Big Day Out, KiwiBurn, Womad and all the folk fests! This thread should be a place to post all up and coming events that may interest our NZ browsers. I for one, don't really hear what's going on much as I'm in a small town.

KiwiBurn is New Zealands Burning Man festivle. It's held down in Whakamaru Domain, Mangakino ( which is just around taupo ). It's an awesome event full of like minded peacefull people. It's a couple of day camp filled with song, dance, art, drumming, drinking, games, smoking, and relaaaxxxinng. Also, there is no money at all traded whilst within the camp, you come with what you got and leave with what you go. Kindness is what they aim for! http://www.kiwiburn.com/

Big day out, well, I'm not even gonna explain 'cause I assume you all know about it. Average line up this one but just go for the fun!

Womad is an awesome world music festivle that goes for 3 days. I havn't actually been so I can't say much but I'm def going next year! http://www.womad.co.nz/
