How do you stop yourself from rebounding?

My boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up, and I have a horrible habit of rebounding. You'd think it would be easy to control your own actions but I don't know WTF my deal is. So does anyone have good tips to AVOID rebounding?

Mostly spend time with friends rather then going to places where you might pic up someone that you would rebound with.

Take time alone to heal, it will make you feel better in the long run.

    Feel better!

Nope, no tips from me. I'm usually thrilled to get out of a relationship, and never rebound... The one time I did, I ended up with the guy I'm reasonably certain I will be married to in the next few years, ja. It's not all bad. ;)
