I remember them. I have "Attack of the Grey Lantern" and "Six," though I haven't given them a proper listen for a while. They were a great band. Do you happen to know what the members are doing nowadays?
I hate to tell you this but Mansun split up over 5 yrs ago due to many reasons but one being publically stated is that their bass player was stealing from the band's account! No-one even talks to him anymore, let alone speak his name! Saying that though, Paul has a solo track coming out the middle of next month via his mailing list (pauldraper.net/list), Andie is now a drum teacher and apparently Chad is a Paramedic for the London Service. I knew they were split up, but I didn't know it was because the bass player was stealing from their account. That must have been a painful betrayal. Yea, Paul took it to heart I think. Although it's taken him this long to even think about releasing anything about the split. Paul took it as a personal stab in the back cus they were quite close and everything....hmmm im not totally sure but it was a kick in the bollocks as they say. Chad wanted to be a paramedic way before getting involved with Mansun....he said ever since he was little he wanted to be one so he could drive really fast!!
