Starting a discussion thread in order to promote your blog is no different than spam and is against forum guidelines. Take heart, there ARE ways of promoting your blog- through the User CP then Edit Your Details... scroll down to the optional information area to where it reads "Home Page URL" and enter the URL in the space provided. Please note that it is not ok to enter the info in your sig. Peace.
