    Everything except these can be cleared;

    PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Glycerine, Glycol Stearate & Stearamide AMP, Niacin, Polyquaternium-10, Citric Acid, Isopropylparaben (and) Isobutylparaben (and) Butylparaben

    i have no idea what these do, any one ????

    glycerine will coat hair. It's a pain to get out.
    Skip that, esp at that price.

    I've been using straight baking soda. I feel like it's the best and most natural thing for cleaning my hair/dreads. Baking soda does not make my dreads feel tighter just after washing. The reason I use it is because I am sure that there's no residue and it contains nothing for me to worry about- I have a clear mind about my progress/process.

    A clear mind goes a long way towards patience.
