It's like when I must have a glass of coca-cola before going to bed. It's irrational, but I simply have to. Anyways, red wine's good choice. Or beer. But both make me waking up in the middle of night and needing to drink a glass of coke.

Some of us do get drowsy with coffee, I've sever ADHD and coffee like most stimulants seems to relax me.
caffine does not really effect me that much...I would not say coffee helps me sleep, but it does not make it more difficult either. mmm coffee
