Hello there people, this is a story about what happened to me last Monday... After practice one night, the guitarist, the drummer and I (the bassist) of our band decided to go have a sesh where we usually do: the construction site near our vocalist's house. On this day we were pleased to see that insulation had been put up inside the house we usually blaze in. We proceeded to go upstairs and sit around where a tub is going to be put in. Upon getting here, we also decided to invite an other friend who lived close by. Let's call the friend we invited "C". After C came and met up with us, we relized that we didn't have any bong water. C offered to go get some bong water, and we watched him outside the window awkwardly jump a fence, go into someone's backyard and get bong water from their hose. C got back without any problems, and we continued the session as planned. After a while of smoking, C said that it was getting late and that he had to go. We wished him off, and only planned to stay there for about 10 more minutes... About 5 minutes later, our guitarist pointed out the window "Oh shit, cops!" We could see 2 cop cars pulling into the lot and we quickly shoved the bong in my bag and ran downstairs... Since the cops were approaching the front of the house, we decided to go out the back sliding door. Our guitarist ran first, followed by our drummer, then me. I quickly told them to stop and hide better because if we continued running in that direction, we would have been spotted. The other way would have been covered and we could have easily evaded them. We decided to change direction, but when we did, a cop was already shining his flashlight at us from the back door of the house we ran from! He told us to stop and lead us to the parking lot of the site where the other officer was. The first thing he asked us was "Were you guys inside the building here?" and we said "No, we were just passing through." The cop didn't believe us, and told us his suspicion of us stealing things from the construction site. We told him that we weren't stealing anything, but he wanted to have a look in my bag... At this point I was sweating cause I had a lot of pot and a couple bongs inside my bag! I asked him "Are you allowed to just look in my bag, like do you need a warrent in this case?" The cop just grabbed my bag and slammed handcuffs on me and said we were already under arrest for trespassing and possibly break and enter for going inside the house. He took me to his police car, while the other cop continued to talk to my friends. After a breif patdown, the cop put me in the back of the car, then got in the front. He asked me "So you're sure there aren't any stolen things in here?" and I said "No, but there's some pot in there." The cop changed his tone to surprised and said "Oh! You guys were smoking in there? I will pour it out if it's just a little bit." I said that there was going to be a problem with the 'little bit' part, and the cop said we'd work something out. He was also very surprised at the ammount in there. it was a bag with a large bag of pot in it, then 14 separate dime bags (oh shit)! The cop said that since there wasn't any scales in my bag, that it could count as personal use. I also acted all like "I'm sorry mister, I didn't mean to do anything wrong, we were just smoking in there" in a tone that sounded like I was about to cry. An other interesting thing I discovered when reading the officer's screen in the car was that it said "Someone heard in backyard, then jumped over the fence." This means that "C" got us arrested, and didn't even get arrested himself! LOL! I'm not mad at him, I'm just annoyed he didn't get busted too! The cop started acting nicer, and told me that I was going to the station for the pot, and my friends were going for the trespassing... At the station, I found out that I had 63.5 grams of pot on me. I also found out that my officer's boss was there and insisted that they changed the charge to "Possession With Intent To Sell". I was pretty pissed about that, but the cop cut me some slack again and said that if I went to optional anti-drug classes, he would drop the charges. I agreed, and now I'm not charged, but I hate how they actually took the time to process us in the station... Oh well... That was my long-assed story, I hope you enjoyed it
why the fuck would you smoke in a consrtuction site? its not "C"'s fault.. its all of your faults for being dumbasses and smoking there.. also why the fuck would you bring 2 bongs and 63.5 grams to a place where you are trespassing.. sorry but you deserve to die you fucking retard.
Thats a lot like what happened to me and my friends when we were smoking in a decommissioned school near my house. Me and my friend dylan and angie and darren were gonna smoke a blunt, and I had darren go back to my bike outside the school to get my pipe. When he was hopping over the fence again he noticed someone scoping him from a car driving by. He told us about it when he got back, but we just brushed it off. Right after we had rolled the blunt, a cop rolls around the corner and is like "put your hands up!" he searched us a cites dylan and angie for a bad of weed, and takes my pipe off me. Funny thing is, we didnt even use my pipe, and if I had left it in my bike-bag, it wouldnt have been taken. Oh well.
Yo man where in Ontario are you from? Last summer me and a few buddies blazed in some houses under construction...never had any problems though. Closest call we had was one night the workers were there doing overtime and we were in a house across the street...one of them headed across the street as if he was going to come in so we went to the basement and climbed out the window. Never bring out more than you intend to smoke..at least that's how I roll.
You play bass? awesome. moral of the story don't forget the bong water lol. lucky you live in canada, they would have busted you harder here in the states.
damn hell yeah 63 grams in the states would prolly get u in jail, or defeinitely on probation if ur a minor.
The thing was, we were planning on having a pretty quick session, then continueing home... I was just bringing the pot and bongs from one house to the other, and had an unfortunate mishaps on the way...

for the people who live in canada, how are the cops usually if they just find a small amount of weed and paraphanelia and if your under 18, i heard they just usually throw it out and let you go without anything,i live in canada myself but i have never had any first hand experiences with the police, so waht have they done to you?
Well, the cops usually just throw it on the ground and step on it... Same with paraphinalia. It really depends on the cops though, but most canadian police will do that for you if it's a smaller ammount... Also, what was I supposed to do with the weed? Like it had to get to my house somehow, it's not like it would just sit somewhere outside... Plus, carrying that much around isn't a problem, as long as you aren't tresspassing or caught doing something illegal, which we were and got caught for... But, the cops wouldn't normally come there cause that was our blazing spot for a while, just those people decided to call the cops on my friend for going on their property and using their hose... We told him to go to a house where no one was home or his own house cause it was only like 3 minutes away, but nooo, he had to take the easy way... I know it looks like im blaming someone else for it, but seriously, it wasn't all of our faults that he did that, and I can't really see how people could think that it was our faults for getting busted. I think it would have been our faults if the police actually happened to check that area and busted us for it or whatever... Oh well, people are entitled to their views, so I won't keep them from them.... :cheers2:
