How can i get rid

of the dark circles under my eyes ?
i cant sleep lately again and they have become pretty visible and big

 

Pressing two cold spoons against them is supposed to help.

I think the main cause is lack of hydration - so water

Other causes I think are toxins and nutrition.
So vitamins , minerals and less smoking/drink too etc
And exercise stimulates circulation in the face.

 

my momhas this and she says ...eat less salt late at night. drink more water. put chapstick on the circles when you wake up.

Drink lots of water. And there's lots of different creams and stuff you can buy to reduce the black circles, dunno if they work though, I've never tried. Also I guess cucumber slices are supposed to be good for that.

I swear by the shit. Dab it on, then cover with powder or foundation.

 

Smoke less marijuana.

It will not be an instant solution but it will work.

I don't know man...i drink more water than anyone I know, hardly ever eat preservatives or artificial flavors/dyes and hike twice a week and the kids I work with point out my circles all the time.
I would love to find ANYTHING that works. I can't stand the feeling of concealer so I can't cover them up either ): Bare Minerals, Well Rested works okay...but then the powdery texture of it dries out my eye area.

YES. My ex-girlfriend was like Greengirl's doppelganger. In fact, it's spooky how similiar they are. When I first logged onto this site and saw Greengirl's pic, I had to do a double triple take. Seeing one of her photos used to make me extremely sad.

Anyway, my ex used to have the same problem with the darkness under her eyes. The fact that she had a protruding long nose didn't help to conceal it either. It rather accentuated the shadow there.

She and I used to smoke on a daily basis. Anyway, when we cut back to rarely/hardly ever, the black bags that she thought were a permanent feature slowly disappeared over the course of about 6 weeks to 2 months.

 

Wow...that might be worth it. I can't stand looking unhealthy.
