to be honest no I wouldn't fuck with the border patrol because if you give them a hard time they can fucking put your ass in jail, they can come up with some lame as bullshit story and I would get thrown the fuck in jail. DON'T FUCK WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, they have (unfortunately) more power than us.
The funny thing is that as the economy implodes more and more people simply aren't going to have anything to lose by fucking with these uniformed criminals. In the darkest of times prison equals food and shelter.
That guy was a douche bag, they were just trying to make sure everyone coming into the country was legal. Obviously he wasn't being detained and all he had to say is "Yes, I'm a legal citizen." I would have just said yes and drove off like everybody else.
Poor Mexicans. This is what Canadians have to deal with when it gets too cold and dark ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFcIH2tK2iM
Eventually his activities will travel down through the grapevine, and some border patrol agent (with a set of balls) will drag him out of his vehicle which will spell the end of that annoying little pissant Hotwater
The guy is a cock, he handled that situation like a cock. To the OP, no, I would spend a few moments cooperating and be on my way quickly with minimum hassle to myself or those doing their jobs.
I hope you didn’t think border patrol agents were only stationed at the border crossings No they have the highways and major interstates leading out of mexico covered well within US territory. Hotwater
Well they don't go far from Canada up here they only go about a half hour from the border. How far up do they go from Mexico?
that road is over 60 miles as the crow flies from the border and it is a EAST WEST highway that at NO POINT intersects the border.. as someone pointed out in one of the videos they are even on the side of the road that puts their backs to the border... by law they can go 100 miles as the crow flies from the border but in one of the videos it was stated that they were past the 100 mile boundary..(i dont think i posted that particular link but its on his channel) if i remember correctly when i was trampin around the country i have went through immigration check points as far north as colorado and utah..way north of the 100 mile constitution free zone.
My thoughts exactly, if she is hesitant to tell the truth then she is doing something she knows is ethically suspect. I'm glad he's doing that cos it least reminds these people that they are not automatically due our obedience. having said that I'd probably just do what I'm told and feel like shit till I got out of there.
I've argued with the board patrol about opening a box that had some of my (native american) wolf masks out in the parking lot I made him go get the supervisor. The conversation got pretty heated for awhile cuz I didn't like being profiled.
It is the PRINCIPAL of the matter. We SHOULD be free to travel within these United States without meaningless checkpoints. That is simply insane.
that seemed kind of ignorant for that guy to do she was just doing her job. a simple "i'm american" would have sufficed.
Again, it is the principal. Why? It is an unreasonable check point. Unreasonable in general. Shouldn't we be....FREE without any obligations(I know what a concept)...to travel in our own damn country? Without having to answer to anyone or justify yourself? it is already annoying enough to do it in other countries.
Well a little madness in each camp. The suspicionless checkpoints represent a small but significant incursion into our perceived rights and freedom but creating a scene and deliberately obstructing the movement of those behind isn't going to win a whole lot of support or sympathy either. It simply isn't all that smart to deliberately provoke someone who has the apparent authority and connections to make your life difficult. Performances like those linked have great potential to bear some ugly fruit not only for the individuals creating the scene but the rest of the population desiring a path of least resistance approach to their day to day life. It's a little like a protest group creating gridlock to raise awareness- and they are successful in raising awareness that they are douches.
