    How much to rent a 3br house where you live in Cali?

    I live in a ghetto part of Fullerton and pay $1500. Most people are spending $2500 for the same in a better neighborhood.

    between 900 and 1300.. depending on the size and location of the place.

    900 is crazy cheap, maybe in bakersfield.....

    Here in L.A. everyone I know pays atleast 800 a month to share an apartment....

    900 for a 3br? damn. around here it's like maaaybe 1500 if you sleep with the landlord and your stars align correctly, just don't ask about the body in the closet. most 3br are at least 2g/mo

    I'd say $2k, assuming it's not too near the beach, has no view, a small lot, and is 20+ years old.

    between 1.1 & 1.4k.. but the neighborhood won't be ideal, still not ghetto tho

    I might move with my buddy to L.A. in the Fall of '09.

    But given what I'm reading in this thread, the rent prices are the same as New York. Ballpark...

    Quuuite a disappointment...:(

    $900 on up. You have to really search...not just online, but up and down streets.

    i'm planning on moving back to solano county (shoot me) and it looks like rent for a one bedroom starts at 900... ugh.

    rent everywhere is going up, up, UP! with everyone loosing their houses, the rental market is smokin hot and has lightning comin from its butt!

    3br/2ba/2gar 1400 sq.ft. 1400$
