Can I skip it and go straight to the salad and pie? There's something wrong about meat shaped tofu. I bought this turkey shaped thing the other day, brought it home, looked it up on wikipedia and it's a freaking castrated rooster. It's headed to the soup kitchen pantry now.

tofu is soy...which isnt really good for you either...id rather just have turkey...wrapped in bacon...
I have done that with pieces of wild turkey breasts, wrap with bacon, stab with a tooth pick and cook, its awesome.
Ever notice tofu is always being shoved full of crap to try to mask its flavor and attempt it to taste like something else. so they have to put loads of salt and crud into it and in the end it just tastes like a salted blob of crap, lol How did that go, live by the flesh, die by the flesh or something to that effect. May I be mauled and killed by a bear!
