Yes! It's beautiful. Jon Stewart is a hilarious intellectual and we're in love. Even though he's married and she just had a baby. This is America! I love Stephen Colbert, too. That's one of the greatest shows on tv.
although i love dave chapelle, im afraid that award rightfully belongs to jon stewart. if youve just turned into the show, you probably dont know steve carell, and definately check out some of the clips on comedycentral.com/dailyshow. also you've got to check out some of jons earlier stand up if you can find it. its great.

It is indeed a sad day when we have to depend on Jon Stewart and the fake news to point out the hypocrisy of our politicians because the mainstream media outlets will not do it (e.g. Cheney's criticism of Kerry for using the word 'sensitive' in his discussion of the war on terrorism when W has used the same word on more than one occasion in the same context). I think he is hilarious.
The John Kerry interview was great. Kerry proved what a good humored guy he was laughing at Stewart's jokes. Bush, if he had the cajones to be interviewed, would have just smirked aggressively.
I wanted to breathe new life into this topic. I saw Jon Stewart on Crossfire last week. He completely called out Tucker Carlson and Carl Begala for not doing their jobs as journalists. It was the most honest moment in television I have seen in recent years. Tucker Carlson said (quite irritated) that Stewart was funnier on his own show. Stewart responded to Carlson by saying, "you are as big a dick as you are on any show." Brilliant.
By the way, does anybody have a copy of Jon Stewart's stand-up routine in Miami, Florida that was originally shown on HBO? It has been several years ago (before he took over on The Daily Show). I have a tape from a replay on Comedy Central, but the uncensored version is much funnier.
Yes the Daily Show is a must watch for myself. John Stewart knows his shit and definately runs the show. Anybody ever watch the Real Time with Ball Maher on HBO....that is also another good show with Bill Maher saying whatever he wants since its on HBO. Check it out
Yes, the daily show is definetely funny. Too bad I dont have cable. If there was a way to pay like five bucks a month for just a few cable channels I would do it. They don't have any episodes on video/dvd do they? I'm getting them if they do.....
Hey peacefrog. . . I have a friend who's crazy stepdad has like 5 channels of basic cable, and the rest are blocked. I'm not sure how he did this, but it costs alot less obviously.
