Nose peircing?

Hi All
I am concidering getting my nose peirced and just wondered about it really? Do they/should they use a gun? I have my ears peirced several times and I had my nipple peirced at one point, i also had my belly button peirced but i had to take it out when I was pregnant and never got it back in =-(. So I just need some advice and opinions really. Thanks v much

NEVER EVVVEEEEEERRRRRRRR USE A GUN! If you did in the past, Please dont use them anymore in the future. Please.

 

i got my septum perced at a parlor they did the compression thing , it hurts but they did it right . i dont know bout the side percings

 

If they pull out a piercing gun, leave immediately.

Or better yet, shoot them in the eye with it.

guns very seriously damage your cartledge, if they would use a gun they are not well trained.

 

If they pull out a piercing run..fast...very very bad...Go to a reputable piercer..

 

I pierced my nose 3 different time with a gun and now I have a crater in the side of my nose the size of a dull pencil point. If I had done it correctly in the first place then it probably would still be in. D:

DOn't use a gun. Quicker & less painful, but BAAD in the long run.

 

Mine looks great - it was done with a needle and I highly recomend you do the same!

 

get it done with a needle. it is much better for your nose, even if its a bit painful on the bank balance...mine was a needle piercing and i may have paid 35quid for it to be done at a reputable place while most ppl i knew had it done for peanuts at dirty backstreet hair salons, i think i was the one who came out better for it.

 

... i got mine done with a gun :S we were given the option and needle happened to be twice the price. there was a small lump but it's sweet now. nothing else weird about it???

piercing guns are meant ONLY for ear lobes. they end up ripping ur cartilage if u use it on ur nose/ear cartilage. needle piercings are less painful and frankly have much less possibility of getting infected and heal faster.
i got my nose pierced when i was about 15, the guy used a needle and it was over in about a second and i didnt even realise it was over. and it never got infected and never hurt.

I don't even know why they exist, let alone how they're legal and considered hygenic and "professional".

 

i got my nose done a little over two years ago, the guy did a great job, but my body kept rejecting it, i got keloids, a ring was ripped out, and i got a batman piece stuck in it.

be responsible, they're really awesome to have, but really i probably wasn't ready. Thank god I went to a good place, and my piercer only laughed at me when I came in, and still helped me.

 

I wish I could get anything Batman stuck in me...

I dont like piercings, there very unnatural

 

it was pretty awesome having a bat cave nose, but it was actually pretty gross. the piece was too short and i didn't realize it, and my piercing started healing around it, and the ball was like six times the size of the bone. So it was pretty gross to get out.

 

this is disgusting i know but... can you still pick your nose with a piercing?

YES. It's the best excuse to have your fingers in your nose. Now I think I do it more often. Nose picking = funny.

 

I wouldn't have two of them if it impaired my booger mining.
