Hey, does anyone know if it is safe to have sex while you are pregnant? I mean I'm sure very few ppl would be willing to go 9 months without it but is there any kind of risk?
unless you have been given a medical reason by your midwife or doctor not to have sex, it's completely ok. Infact, it's encouraged. There is some belief that sex during pregnancy subconciously passes on feelings of compassion to your baby, that sex is a good thing between you and your partner.
I had sex all throughout my pregnancy... More so towards the end... And it was fine with me. Apparently towards the end of the pregnancy, you need to be a bit careful because he could break your water. That's what my doctor told me. But yeah, I had it more towards the end of my pregnancy... Like 7 months and up. Of course it felt like I just ran a marathon and felt HUGE, but sex is sex.
i couldn't have intercourse for very long when i was pregnant with my second child. it hurt like hell. my first pregnancy had a lot of serious issues, so sex was out. but so far as i can tell, most women REALLY enjoy sex, especially the "let's get this baby ready to deliver" kinda sex.
