this is an olive oil based soap for skin and scalp. and i wanted to know your opinion...

    INGREDIENTS:
olive oil, cocoa butter, beeswax, water, hydroxide of sodium, pigment and essential oil of peppermint.

would you use this soap on your dreads?
is there any ingredient that could be harmful/slowing down the dreading process ?

i wanna know before i try it on my soon to become dreads.

I make my own body wash using this simple recipe. Never used it on my dreads though (probably too concentrated), here it is, it's cheap!

    1 part olive oil
    1 part Dr. Bonners
    3 parts water
a few drops of essential oil for scent.

why don't you just wash your hair with baking soda
if you have oily hair it dries it out fine, controls dandruff
    it also doesn't damage hair
