i don't know if this has been said or not, but ivy, the amount of time or the actual amount of makeup on your face doesn't determine if it looks good or not. You can spend .4 seconds and still look worse than someone who is wearing a LOT of makeup that is appropriate for their face. As a redhead, things like bright lips don't work.
