Heres a simple idea I got from someone I used to work with avocado's are high in Vitamin E which is hard to get naturally, I eat this anytime of day its pretty delicious IMO. Ingredients Bread (I used homemade banana wholewheat/soy bread today) it was awesome avocado(s) (Peeled and with no pit) Milk (I use soymilk) Salt (I use seasalt) and pepper to taste Mash up the avocado(s) and add a little milk to aid in mashing. Throw in some salt and pepper to taste, this is optional of course. Meanwhile toast some bread and put the avocado mixture on top. I find 1 regular sized avocado perfect for 1 piece of bread. ENJOY!
