a digital SLR allows lens switching and cost much more than a non slr camera. the camera body can run ~$500 for a digital SLR and that's pre lens of course, as our photog adherents know, lenses can start in the bargain basement of ~60, and move up to $2000 pretty easy.
I just got myself a reeeeeealllly nice SLR camera -- and I was going to ask for a fisheye lens for it for xmas -- only problem is, they are like $500, and my friend Kiff who is really into photography says they get old after about a week. he has one and never even uses it. I imagine if I got one I'd probably do the same.
not Chloe Sevigne, Chloe, the brand by Stella Mc Cartney, I want that perfule. It's my favorite name, and it smells really good on me.
Penny, you should really get a 35mm SLR, there much better than the digital ones. Cannon or Pentax are good brands. My mother has a Kodak Easyshare and I'm not impressed with it at all, I'm far happier with my Konica T. Because you want a fish-eye lens, I would guess that you want to do more with photography then just point and shoot. If you get a real camera you will have more options for lenses and filters and such. Also it's far more fun.
I would love a real good camera, however they are quite expensive.. I'll be happy with the little 48 bucks fisheye one for now, but maybe someday I'll invest in something better..
That's a fun coincidence Hyphy! Anyways this is the Chloe woman, it really corresponds to my personality: "There is a strong identity of the woman for Chloe. She is free, youthful in mind, and an uncomplicated bohemian spirit. But at the same time very Complex" And I do prefer this model:
