I used to rub my head in circles waaay to much. I like became obsessed wit it and I couldn't stop. When my hair started falling out I quit and haven't touched it for about a month. My question is should I cut my hair and start over and go completely natural or will it correct itself over time if I stop messin with it now?

i reckon if you just leave it now you'll be fine, have a look at my thread, i'm at 8.5 months going down the neglect/natural route, and i do feck all with my hair apart from wash every few days and wear my wool hat occasionally.

it'll be all good in the end, the really killer to dreads is lack of patience.

but once you've got that you'll feel some much better within yourself, its amazing!!!!)

I see no problem with it. It's not like your bald in spots. It would be counter-productive to cut and go again. You have good progress as it is. I say stuck with it, they look great.

Just leave your hair alone. It will all sort itself out.

If you're obsessive, dreads might not be for you. Or, conversely, dreads might be exactly what you need to chill yourself out. Stop playing with it, but more importantly- stop thinking/worrying about stuff.
