*cracks fingers* i will now attemp to give you all headaches

if the universe has infinite space, than you exist in an infinite number of locations, the exact same way as you are now. an infinite number of you will be hit with meteors as you read this, and an infinite number will get layed tonight. If the infinite time exist then an infinite number of you have been through both as matter is neither made of destroyed and the exact same matter could have formed you in both events... an infinite number of times.

How many bleeps cant be blips?

that is ofcourse if one can preceve infinity, or the ability not to.
what you say might betrue, but only if you can proove it, and as seeing as you have an infinity amount of tries you'll still get it wrong, infinity is nothing more than a way of describing big, paralell universese cant exist because of fundimental elements that are missing, just like that infinity canot exsist, because scientest have traped them selfes with their own science

    'the universe is a nutshell'
    That explains it all

The original post doesnt make sense, "if the universe has infinite space, than you exist in an infinite number of locations" why do I exist in an infinite number of locations? Just because it is infinite doesn't make me exist more than once! Also, time is not infinite. Once it is gone, it is gone. Maybe it is infinite in one direction, mainly the future, but the past is gone. I no longer exist in the past, I have memories of it, but it no longer exists.

I think the person was talking about parallel universes, in which there's another you.
Say, you decide on something, another universe opens up where the other you made a different decision, and then they decide on something, and then they, and again, and again, thus giving you multiple universes. A person who lives in a very far universe, is a very different you.

It's called the "parallel universe theory", which is a theory for time travel, it rivals the "grandfather complex"

as in. if in this universe... im am typing this messge, but in another universe, i didn't mistype message back there, or, maybe my moniter is an inch to the left (OR EVEN RIGHT!), or, its the same, but something is different somewhere else. HOLY SHIT infinity is both beautiful and complex. we bring it up in calculus, where we do equations with the number infity, and it just fucks me right up and i love it. sometimes id ask a teacher a question, and his mind would explode, and he'd be like "INFINITY" and i love it, becuz, its such an awesome concept.

None of them neccesarily can't be! Ha!! Infinity is like infinity and not infinite as it is infinity you know? Infinity IS.

Of course the past doesn't exist, neither does the future. Time isn't real.... Well, not exactly anyway... It's like an infinite number of things, in no particular order, only seeming to relate sequently, because, well how else can it be?

Why can the concept of infinity only exist in the future? Look at the past, time goes back infinitely as it goes forward infinitely. The past is there just as much as the future is there. You might find the Kurt Vonnegut book "Slaughterhouse Five" interesting if you like concepts of time. He talks about every moment happening at the same time, past, present, and future, only we exist in the present so that's all we see.

The concept of infinite is something I've spent many nights chasing in circles. The thing that frustrates me is that I can't escape it, and everything I think about and explore always circles back into it. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Umm, I think you talking about Alternate Universes. Which we dont know exist or not, weve been speculating in physics class. Really fun to talk about but none can be prove yet.

hmm... the only miss interpretations of what i said i think were Buddhabuddys and ryupowers.

in responce to Buddhabuddy's responce, i ment time was infinite because events happen one after the next, they always have been, and they always will (this is mainly for the purpose of saying that the universe was not created, i.e. no beginning or end).

existing in an infinit locations occurs because the exact variation of the world we make up has to have repeated somewhere else, as with infinite space an infinite number of variations occur, and an infinite number of those variations would be exactly the same or similar to an infinite number of others, as statistics could not allow it to be otherwise.

(i think the only way of disputing my theories is with one where the universe or time loops [or something like that], or if you believe in some supernatural force that can control things or shape them or something like that)

I didnt mean to bring up alternate dimensions at all

Not alternate dimensions, alternate universes. It is basicaly the same idea you have stated.

Every day you make decisions. I woke up at 7:00 a.m. and left my house at 8:00. Alternate universes are different universes where there are an infinite number of different choices I could have made that same day. Istead of waking up at 7:00 a.m. in a different universe I woke up at 12:01 p.m. and on and on into infinity. And with the different decision made in each universe in changes that universe completey. As an example in an alternate univer Martin Luther King Jr. wasnt assinated, he lived till he was 95 and died of old age. Or in another Martin Luther died when he was 5 by a car accident. The possiblities are endless.

All of these univerese exit paralell to each other, which is the difference between your idea and alternate universes. Your saying that the Universe never ends (as far as we know) and that existences like ours have happened in other places of the universe.

No intention of disputing your theories, you are doing fine.
I have had a number of very exact precognitive dreams, maybe six in my whole life. I have had a terrible time finding an explanation that makes sense to me. Here are the three that I have so far.
Time is not a loop or linear, it is instantaneous. There is only the present. All that ever happened, or ever will happen is happening right now. The past, and the future, don't exist, but are just arbitrary concepts devised by us.
Second, this whole thing is all in my mind.
Third, the bible says that the number of days in our life are written in a book long before we are born. If so, then the choices I make would most likely also be known already.

So far, I like the first one.

If you look at a drop of water, it is not so amazing, unless you magnify it a 1000 times, then it is more interesting. How about magnifying it 1 000 000 times? Or one trillion times? Or a google times? How many universes exist in a drop of water?
