Government plans to curb cheap booze offers

First off all, FUCKING NO GOOD FASCIST NANNY STATE PERPETUATING CUNTS!

Booze is already too fucking expensive as it is! And now they want to put an end to cheap supermarket deals and happy hours.

Bunch of party poopers, they ban smoking in pubs and now it is something 37 pubs a weeks are closing down at the moment, no doubt helped along by the credit crunch as well.

We are not allowed to get pished without paying stupid amounts in tax, we are not allowed to smoke weed, we all have to sit at home sipping tea and watching reality TV, and working 9-5 next day in a dead end job for some bullshit company.

This country has gone to the dogs, it's no wonder everyone is murdering and raping each other...

I heard about this in the news this morning.
They said something like 5 pubs a day are closing..
They were talking about how the pub industry needs a boost just as the other ones.
I didn't really pay attention overly, but 5 pubs a day is alot.

 

Why don't they do something about cheap junk food as well!

 

..because more people will get annoyed?
They're stabbing a dying industry, if they stab the booming one they'll lose out more money and will be seen as doing the same amount.

It is more likely that includes a lot of bars as well.
Don't know about your area, but where I live there are literaly dozens of small bars.
There was a boom of them over the last few years.
I'm not suprised many are suffering or there are so many closing.
