can't find a vessel for liquid

I've called around to several head/gift shops and no one carries a small glass, airtight, lightproof vial for liquid doses.

I have these empty glass bottles that used to store essential oils. The oils required the same protection that L does. They are thick dark glass with a plastic dropper on the top and have a plastic lid that screws down. If I sterilized one would that work to store the cid?????

well I soaked the glass bottle, plastic dropper piece, and the plastic cap in hydrogen peroxide for an hour, washed with soap and water. I boiled the glass for a while but I didn't boil the plastic parts because I was afraid they would warp or melt or something. the plastic still smells strongly of the essential oils and the glass retained a mild smell. I'm paranoid to put the delicate magic potion into a container that still smells of essential oils. yeah

I don't have it now. I need the vial for when I actually acquire the drops

 

go to walgreens, look for their store brand "anti-fungal liquid" which contains undecylenic acid, in the 1 fl. oz size

simply wash it out with several washes of rubbing alcohol and cut the "dropper" stick's bristles or sponge off.

peel off the label and photoshop an "oldschool" sandoz lsd-25 label and stick it on.

cost you about 5 bucks and it would look so legit and unique, you'll probably make some awesome new friends in the know.

I was also thinking of calling a place that supplies essential oils to see if they have any unused bottles.

 

ok, but how do you get the drops? bottle baggie, eye dropper or is there a keg with a tap on it?

I know. If he gets it in a vial then why chance losing some transferring. Seems like not a good idea to me.

 

i'm sure for some reason he's not getting it in a vial...

That specialty bottle site has the exact same vial that i used to get vials in, it is the VB1 with an orifice reducer , its the blue glass one to protect the L from light. make sure to get the orifice reducer so you can apply the doses by the drop, very good to have.

 

leave the oil bottle out for a day or two. the oils typically evaporate anyways...
