I've never actually seen a condom ad except for on youtube. Once.

 

they are on the radio all the time.


And they are plastered all over tv late at night amongst the countless local singles lines they advertise "where you can talk about anything, and they mean ANYTHING"

I only see them on the bus, they are full of innuendo as kids take the bus as well.
