yeah its totally ok. i like nose piercings, but mine fell out twice and now i don't feel like getting a new one .

my inner conch peircing itched like a bitch for the longest time

 

Itching is part of the healing process..It's kinda hard to do sea salt soaks on a nostril piercing, but I would saturate a few cotton balls w/ the solution and hold it against my nose..Have had mine for several years now..Never had any problems with it..

 

Do you really need to post a thread about your nose every couple days?..
