Thanks for answering, haven't been able to get to Philly or anywhere else we have problems and work to do with homeless, no shelter space, and this isn't the only city, having problems. frustrating. nothing too much is in Philly. I haven't been to the drum circles in a long time. Too much crime in that area of the city.
