the problem is this>> please read and advice

i m 19 yr old guy.. masturbating since i was around 12 not a anytime masturbator.. but once in a while .. i know im doing this from a long time..
last yr i met a girl and was in love with her.. had satisfying sex too.. with a smile on her face.. but nowaways from last few month or say 2 months.. i see my testicles little swollen.. i searched for it.. but my problem is diff from the results i got.. i see my two testicles as normal.. but another ball like shape is emerging. its small in shape.. but it didnt show any symptom till now.i mean no pains no any liquid or no strain on my penis or on testicles.. but my brain is damgaing sometimes due to this.. is it blood blocked. or really an STD like i heard of gonnorhea or swollen testicles... and the thing is .. when im in sleeping position everything is fine.. it swollen only when am in standing or sitting position.. is it a diease or my wrong technique or way of sitting or masturbation... i dont have any problem with my erection or fertility.. im just confused... do i need to go to doctor.. is it a cancer? or just a small time problem... please advice me with ur knowledge and experience.. hope to get reply soon

Dude...you need to go to a doctor. We are not the right people to ask about your testicle health.

 

i know but this is not easy thing to go doctor... with problem such like this... if its really dangerous doctor will be last option

No, there's no way to be sure about this and to really be safe about your nuts - which are important - except by going to a doctor. And yours will not be the first weird testicle your doctor has seen; it won't be nearly as weird as you think it'll be. You really need to have this looked at, bud. It's probably nothing, but you can't take chances with your nuts.

but the place were i come from is very conservative and i think sexual doctors aint so more... but we have ayurveda here... i think i will check up with the doctor soon ... thnks for your advice.. after all i need to alive and at the same time healthy future too

 

I think it's a hernia, and I think you should probably rush your butt to a doctor to see if they can do anything to repair it before it seriously fucks with the blood to your nuts.
