I really like what the Byrds did with this song, and I was just listening to the origanal Bob Dylan version. All I could think was, "Wow, I don't remember the Byrds version being this long." Geez, Bob, it goes on forever. :p

both versions are very good ....

'Mr.tamborine man' album with the byrds
is also really good but so were all byrds album
    from 1965-1969 ...

the same thing is about all the bob dylan albums
but it seems like his later albums are something i
can't listen to ... even his late 70's albums but
    that's just my opinion ...

I like Dylan's version better, but I do like them both. I don't mind that the song is long, it's good.... now if the song were bad AND long then I'd have a problem with it ;) .

I used to perfer Dylan's version, because i didn't like the harmonies of the Byrds. But now the Byrds are probably my favorite band of that era.
