safe spark up spots regina regina canada?

im lookin for a indoor place in regina that i can spark up in so im not freezing my dreads of in allies. i wood prefer some wear close to downtown or in the downtown area

best be gettin your own place or buddy up with some vic park kids and roaming with them....they know all the good spots.....

 

yeh man im hangin out ther on teh 13th with a couple of mi friends that live downtown but they all live with ther parents so ther fucked for smokin pot in ther houses but we no of a couple good spots outa the wind
