I don't know how many of you know the sonics or maby even have an album in there collection but boy oh boy, if you like garage this is defently one of the best albums I ever heard. It's like the older brother of never mind the bullocks. I have never heard such a raunchy sound and for sure not so early on in pop music. Genius! what do you think?
the sonics were really good and one of those so many great 60's garage bands .... 'Introducing the sonics' is the album i have with them and it's really really good .... good to see more who love the obscure 60's garage music ....
I love sixties garage, The more obscure the more i like them, or they at least get some ponits in advance. There a certain romance to it and i think the idea that not so many ppl. know this shit is cool. Other than besides it being great 'fuckin movie. whats your favourite sonics song?
i love the sonics, it's the best rock 'n roll i've ever heard. My favourite sonics song (at the moment) is 'strychnine'. I didn't know there where any 60's garage fans on this forum. I really like the back from the grave and pebbles series. Do you know any other garagebands/songs with a sound as raw and loud as the sonics (I already know the monks, the wailers and the swamp rats)?
