At first I thought this was epidymitis after using a cucumber up my ass (e-coli infection?). I went got anti-biotics and this seemed to get rid of t. 6 Months later I tried the old anal again with a vibrator, and it came back. Again went to doctors got tested for STD's but urine tests all came back normal. The pain went away again after taking pankillers. But there still seems to be a lump on top/behind the left testicle and slight numbing. Have an ultrasound next week. Anyone have any idea's what this sounds like? I was reading up and think it might be a spermataceole? or something along those lines?
Sounds to me like your playing with your nuts to much.. testicles are not totally smooth, there are bump and ridges.. Anything feeling more solid than a grain of rice in soft areas around the numbers Id be concerned about..
My brother had something like that. Just the pain, no anal play and no bumps. But even still, it could be the same cause. He ended up having a hernia. Had to have surgery.
