Do you ever see random people smoking?

I was at a festival once quite a while ago, and my father told this older, pretty responsible family friend who was going, to look after me... Rats. We were hanging out with some random people at night and they started to light up. Then the guy who was looking after me brought out what looked like an half O. And got me retardedly stoned! It was pretty cool.

Where I live there is very little crime so you can generally walk the streets smoking and never see a cop. I guess It's a little different in the US?

 

we go on walks through the neighborhood when we smoke...even in daylight so we're probably one of those peoples

 

I could walk through my neighborhood smoking, but I know quite a few people so I don't know if I would want them to look out, see me smoking, and tell that to my parents next time they see them. Some neighborhoods around here have cops cruising, but they honestly stick to the main streets much more.

I saw 2 randoms last night blazing a blunt in a black pontiac at a stoplight. It was funny because at the same stoplight we were pulled up right next to this fat bitch eating a little debbies cake, and my friend and I are singing Old Crow's Tear It Down as loud as possible. The bitch gave us a funny look lol.

 

no one seemed to care and i got my beer and went back across the street to the other bar (absinthe)

Seriously though, here in Britain the Polish are at it. Drives me fucking nuts when a Polish person walks past with an unusually long cigarette when I'm dry and get a nose full of the skunk scent.

 

i know i always see my neighbors blazing when i drive past their house..

and this one time i was at a concert, and i was rolling a joint in the front seat of my friends car..
some guy dressed up in a suit walks by and peeks his head in the car. i am freakin out and trying to hide the weed the best i can without this guy seeing and he goes "i see what you're doing, and for that i'm gonna have to give you a fine, A FINE FOR NOT HAVING ENOUGH FUN!!" and starts handing out these crazy stickers that have funny saying on them. me and my friends start cracking up, and then he asked for some kind of donation. so i'm trying to look for some change, and he's like "you can just give me a bud of what you're rollin over there and it'll be even" so i gave him a tiny bud and he was on his way.

 

i saw a nun and a viking smoking in their car on the highway. gridlock, on our way home from mississippi, on halloween. it was fucking hysterical!

just like two days ago after a blunt session in riverside park, i walked over to 125th and as i was rocking out to Hova's Heart Of The City (Ain't No Love), i seen this dude on the second level of his fire escape sitting on the window ledge smoking a j and i started laughing and then he started laughing back at me and we exchanged nods. it was awesome.

 

when i was growing up everyone used to smoke - pretty much anywhere. this was in the 70's and you could just go to the park and smoke and play frisbee with the people there and make new friends. everyone would share. recently i was in LA and i saw some people smoking KB in their car. they saw me watching them and offered me a toke. that reminded me of the old days and even though i don't smoke any more i joined in. i can remember even 15 years ago we used to go and smoke in the park. sad how things are changing. when we were out of pot we used to be able to honk at anyone with a certain bumper sticker on their car and ask for a joint. pot was kept under the front seat in a frisbee and i don't remember anyone ever turning down our request. likewise if someone asked us for a joint - we would give them one too. and i don't mean that you had to know these people - all stoners were one back in the day..... and i really miss the concerts: as soon as the lights would go down everyone would spark up a joint! and just pass it to anyone... now you can't even smoke in auditoriums.... sigh... i'm getting old...

 

I went into the city I live next to with a few friends and bought an eighth. My friend had his bubbler on him so we decided to go to the movie theater and smoke on top. We all went up to the top while the kid with the bubbler went to fill it up. We got up there and started smoking, after about two bowls in we hear the elevator coming up so my friend puts the bubbler behind his back. It was a bunch of kids our age and they were all smoking cigarettes so we just kept smoking. Then we looked over and they were sitting in a circle passing a blunt around. We went over and joined them and got really stoned.

 

I love smoking in public, seeing peoples reaction is great.

Here in Holland people just smoke in the streets and parks, like it's nothing. So the park is usually occupied by smokers, so when I feel like smoking I can join in

 

Yeah being the random person people see smoking is certainly much more fun than seeing randoms smoking. One time my friend and I were just chilling on a bike path smoking with people going by giving us funny looks. We actually saw a dude on a bike fucking kick a goose in the face, which is mean as hell, but we were stoned so it was funny as fuck.

Also smoking in the park when there was people doing yardwork looking over wondering what my friend and I were smoking in a long pipe sitting on respective slides.

I would love it though if I was just toking at a park one day and a kid I knew stopped by and said high.

 

i just wanted to say that i did an art show last weekend (ok this was sort of a hippy art show) and we were smoking a joint in the car beforehand and actually saw someone else indulging in the same thing!!! this was at like 8:00 AM - so i thought that was pretty cool!

Me and my friend I used to smoke with, we were at this park and we pulled up saw this car next to ours and my girl friend was going to light the bowl and she was like wait a sec. She rolls down the window and said to the girls are you cops? They said no so my friend fired up the bowl and we see them pull out this green bong. So we got in their car and smoked with them
