I buy my weed at school too but i ussually just double bag it and hide it somewhere where i can go get it after school... If i keep it on me at school i stuff it between my pants and boxers at the front so they cant legally search you... The only way you can get caught if you do that is if your school calls the cops and they take you into the station and strip search you and they cant do that without an extremely valid reason so i consider myself kinda safe... I still like to keep it off of school property just to be safe tho (buying weed at lunch and such)
BTW, they can charge him with a felony, expecially since it was on schoolgrounds. I have a friend that has been charged with that, but that was awhile ago.

Your record isnt automatically sealed... You have to request it, and I have heard that it isnt a frictionless process.
Alright, listen, when I first started smoking, yeah I did it to be a rebel, but I've been smoking for a few years now and it isn't about being cool it's about the higher state of mind plus I'm getting tired of pain pills and what not for pain so I just smoke now. Spoiled? Ah, yeah, I'm so spoiled, haven't had a christmas in awhile and kinda glad I grew up in tough times (for my family that is) because I learned a lesson about life, if you want something you have to work damn hard for it. What lesson would he truely learn for going to jail? Pot is pretty decriminalized now, why? because it really shouldn't be a crime and everyone knows it. Why do I tell the police to go to hell? Because they're crooked as fuck around here anyways, we've had people disappear around here because they questioned our authorities, all the police do around here is cut deals and sell pot. They are sorry sacks of shit doing nothing for the community, trust me, I may have not been here on solid ground for to long but I know a thing or two about the system, it's punks like you the go around and do nothing but look to argue with people, quit starting shit and grow up. & If you're against marijuana then GTFO. And yes, it isn't easy having your juvi record sealed, I have a few friends who have went through the process and it is a pain.
