Probation questyion.-

Philosophically laws can be summed up as legal codification of a society's morals, if you want laws changed you either gotta move somewhere with different morals or help try to change society's morals. Really aside from drug laws most laws are just and fair, maybe other sin laws against gambling and prostitution, but for arson, robbery, fraud, murder, assualt, drunk driving, rape, ect, we need those laws.

 

jesus christ, i have never heard someone with such a lack of common sense. laws exist, period. if you dont want em to go to fucking sleep for the rest of your life and return to the dream world where goverments are powerless

I never once said laws don't exsist. But words on paper written by men I never met nor will, nor pledge my allegiance to will never govern any aspect of my life.

Societies and laws were formed when people forgot how take care of themselfs.

 

I don't know about you but I like living in society, the stone age isn't as glamerous as it seems.

The government is very powerful yet it's not impossible to slip out from under the radar. We're tiny being's in a big country as much as they try to make you think they have power over you, watch your back and you can be free of their shit.

 

Being on probation changes the situation

 

turkey stuffing let me ask you a few Q's. if you are speeding and you see a cop on the horizon, do you not slow down to avoid a ticket? if you are smoking weed on the street and you see a cop approaching you on foot, do you just keep on smoking? or do you put it out and/or ditch it and/or hide it? if you get pulled over with drugs in the car do you just leave em on your lap?

if you dont slow down, hide your drugs, you are just a fool, if you do i guess you are as much of a "sheep" as me. this isnt up for discussion. i am right you are wrong. simple as that

Laws arent really laws, they are only statutes, and you can get out from under them.

Now see the whole point is being missed again, saying a law is just a statute is like saying blue is just a color, if it was that easy to just ignore the law, there wouldn't be a busted forum here, this thread wouldn't exist, everyone would go 90mph on the highway all the time and no one would pay taxes

Truth is, government is there. Anyone with half a brain knows we arent supposed to be free. Fear and hesitations keeps us what we are. Theres nothing wrong with going under the radar and doing what really is morally correct and free, but fuck, spitting in a cops face and saying i grow weed, speed on roads, steal from stores and fok yo moma is just plain stupid.

Be proud to be able to stand up to the fear, but realise, as one, you will only get chewed up and shat out. The gov's power is the mass. Individuals who feel they can change something either rot in jail, cry themselves to sleep, or get theyre brains cleaned from pavement.

At the end of the day, we have become very stupid. For everyone of us who is craving this freedom, this harmony, theres 500 who wouldnt have a fucking clue what the hell to do without laws. As i said, its power is the mass, and the mass believes in it. It gets fucked up the ass and pretends like its nothing.

I hate this world for what it is, and would love to fucking kill every politician who fucked up my rights as a individual... But truth is, most of them are dead anyway. Theyre rotting under ground just like you will eventually. If you really want to change something, get rid of the mass. Only way is, to destroy humanity. For aslong as we are, we will keep fucking up ourselves and all else. Its just the way we are.

We live in a society and if we chose to live in that society, even a little, we need to adhear to the power of the people and the rules that govern us. The rules are not ment for any one person but for the masses. There are those who could break the rules and get away with it but if you do then you have to learn to live with the results. Don't do the crime if you are not willing to do the time. A society without rules is not a society it's Mad Max. You may not like the rules but if you follow them then you don't have anything to worry about. We all choose to follow the rules by default because we live around other people. If you don't like the rules then do something to change them. Stand up and be counted, nothing helps you more than being educated in the rules. Happy Hunting!

Well, actually, the laws of physics are bent and for the most part non existant once you go into the quantum level, but dont mind me Im just a jerk :tongue:

i have to ask, because i just took a cell biology exam, and i studied a molecular complex mad/max which turns off gene transcription...

i knew i heard mad max before, and i kinda used it to help me remember.
