Can someone tell me, or tell me where to find out, what kind of law infraction it is, to sell ritalin, simply a few pills only once, in Texas? I've got a couple kids in my class who have some, and I'm looking to the use of drugs to help me with my exams in school, but these kids are a bit paranoid about officially being, a "drug dealer" I need to express how minor it actually is to the law. Also: Having personal experience, I realize males become more sexually aroused when high(on Marijuana), is this the same for women as well? Hoping you girls can tell me. Last one: We have drug dogs at our school. Some days I smoke a spliff on my way, and drive around for a bit to air out the car and myself. Is there any chance of dogs alerting because of this? I keep absolutely nothing else in my car, so I really don't need to SERIOUSLY worry, but its a small, private, christian school, and if a dog alerts on my car, even when they find nothing, I'll still be in a small predicament trying to weasel my way out of all of that. They only come once a month randomly.

Buy these drugs in a low risk environment, like their home, anywhere they feel comfortable, definitely not school since selling anything in a school zone is never a good idea. But if your friends dont want to sell you drugs they are prescribed to, just accept that and don't be a dick about it. Marijuana effects different people in different ways. It's not a sexually arousing drug to all people, but it is to some. Depends on the girl, depends on the weed, depends on a lot of things. If there are drug dogs going out in the parking lot at your school, I would definitely not smoke in your car. Any inkling the police have will give them full right to search your car, and like you said, that's a hard one to explain your way out of. And you say you have nothing in your car, but police can find a stem or a seed or a little flake of weed and you'll get in trouble. So use your head.

"Selling perscription drugs, on school campus" sounds terrible, but giving ritalin to a kid who is fucked when it comes to studying for exams, is easier to swallow. I'm not basing my studies around this, but I am sure it will boost my scores largely, and it hurts me to see how simple this is, and how it could not happen

But come on. Act a little more intelligent... Ritalin is a god in terms of aiding concentration with a drifting mind.
