It will be my cousin and I first time. After reading everything possible about LSD the only question I have is whether or not my cousin and I should do it at the same time?

Would it be kind of better, effects-wise? like he says "wow you see that hippo in the sky?" and it suddenly appears in the sky.

Or should I have me or my cousin be a sitter for our trips?
6-12 hours of sitting me seems like a long time. I guess he would be able to talk to me and we could drive places to keep him alive and not totally board.

    what do you think?

It all depends, if your still young, say 17 or under, have a sitter. If your older and are taking a small dose, 1 to 2 tabs, you could both do it at the same time so long as your in a safe environment.

Some people say you should always do it with a sitter or an experienced tripper for your first time, but i really dont think it is entirely necessary.

    alright.

Im 15 will be 16 (in February) by the time I will be able to do some.
He is 18, also never done LSD

We only plan on doing 1 tab (each)

  4. Nice sig, Nigel.

And I agree, sober people when you're tripping can be weird. I'd just find a safe and comfortable place and just ride the waves...you'll have a blast.

what should i ask my friend for?
    $7.00 a tab? $9.00?

EDIT: now that i think about it... we'll probably do 2 tabs each

That's not what happens on acid. I know, I know. Every video and article you read said that's what happens. I know. No, I don't know why we allow this lie to flourish. It simply isn't true. This is a good explanation from someone who has actually done it :

nigel mentioned this but i'll reiterate, because it's really important.

A good "sitter" will be someone that has tripped many many times and will trip with you. This person may be (I'd even say SHOULD BE) the person who provided you the doses.

    Do not do this:
I decded to try LSD and after reading a bunch of stuff about it on the internet I decided to have my roommate who is toatlly not into drugs watch out for me in case I decided to try to fly or I went crazy or something. He said OK and told me that h'ed take me to the hospital if I started acting wierd. We locked the door to our dorm room so I couldn't get out and get caught by the police. He told me to sit in the chair and be cool after eating the tabs, and to just be quiet so he could watch house on haunted hill without having me act stupid while i was high. My roommate and his parents are religious and they really look down one people who do drugs but I just want to get really fucked up and escape reality for a while....

Ok, so i stetched that out... but pay attention and dont do anything like that and you will have a great time. Go outside, hang out with friends, do what you feel like doing, have fun, play around and try to learn something out of it all by the time its done with.

fuck sitters.. sitters are only useful for percieving you through the eyes of sober society, so that you can know if you are doing something ridiculous like being really loud at a bad time in the night. Or wandering in the direction of trouble. Or eating something you shouldnt. or putting your clothes on wrong. etc.

If you are in a secure place.. there is no need for a sitter.
unless you are likely to leave the stove on.

You need to be confident in your own abilities, and trust that you will make the right decisions, even if your perceptions are waving. otherwise you are likely to fall into terror
