I'm bringing a bbq among other things that would never work with air travel. Plus getting to the actual location, etcetc. I can think of loads of reasons, but I guess if you're not staying for the whole 8 days..

And I don't know about the other part, getting to the location. I guess she'd have to hitch, rent a car, something along those lines.

 

Yes. I am going a week early and staying at Dave_Techie's, and Im not certain Ill go home right away either, but go to Slab City in California, and then to BC maybe to stay.
