I'm not. I might do the grainola bar diet again. I eat one grainola bar a day and drink several bottles/cups (depending on where I am) of water a day. :cheers2:

I also dont believe in "magic diets". To me a diet is just what we usually consume. Not something we do out of the ordinary.
I want a tea now, mixed with a zen (that minty green one) tea bag right now...but I need to start going to be earlier ): I just went to sew something...and did it backwards ): I am too stoned to sew. PS-the pot thing-but have healthy munchies around the house. I am eating low fat string cheese and a few crackers right now with coconut water. if i didn't have these I would for sure be ,aking ,ore peanut butter fudge right now .
I'm going to get some ginger tea tommorow... that will be awesome with the coca leaf tea. I've only been to starbucks once since it came...and that was today and the come down sucked. the coca leaf tea in the morning was like super mellow adderal, which is a dream because I have adult ADHD and recently went off meds for it.
