Best Prepaid Long-Distance Plan?

    Since I'm on a slow connection and have friends around the world, voice-chatting can sometimes be a pain and it would be better to talk on the phone. So, what prepaid phone cards or long-distance plans are the best when calling from the U.S. internationally? I've looked at onesuite, but does anyone know anything cheaper?
