Hey all, as a non needle using opiophile I have a question for all you who do bang. I was reading Old Bill Burroughs book Junkie, and at one point he describes a technique of fixing without a needle. Apparently what you can do is poke a whole in your vein with a safety pin or the like, put the dropper from a syringe (he used syringes with droppers and a paper collar not a plunger like most insulin syringes) over the hole and squeeze the junk in. Ive been curious because that book seems mostly rooted in fact, but I cant see any way to load the dropper without some loss, and how you can squeeze it into a vein without it shooting everywhere. So for those who do poke please enlighten me, and for all others feel free to posted your thoughts on this book and other
This is pretty interesting. Do you think you could use one of those "oral" syringes you get at doctors? I'm actually curious to hear more on this subject. And is the "dropper" just the end where the needle would go? I'm totally out of the loop on needles.
ya the dropper is the rubber part from medicine droppers, just attached to the syringe with a wet strip of paper called a collar.
if you're poking a hole in your vein you might as well do it with a needle...just makes more sense. You're guaranteed that ALL the drugs get in your vein and not just under the skin somewhere. this sounds more dangerous and more prone to infection.
haha I thought so, I personally am not injecting in any way or form, I was just wondering the possibility of this as part of a book
Why don't you just walk to the store and do it the safe way and buy new clean needles? Or order them offline? I personally would wait to fix and just snort them until I had a rig.
hey u4ia man, as ive said before, this is just a curiosity question from reading a book, I dont poke so I would have no idea, sorry if im harshing thow
