Finish growing up. Then make the decisions that will affect the rest of your life. Stop or restrict any use of drugs that will negatively effect your learning and development. Prepare yourself to be self supporting when the time is right. Childhood is short (it doesn't seem so while in it's midst) so be patient and respect your parents decisions. Due to it's after affect or "hangover", acid is not a good idea while going to school.
yeah i under stand but i have allways ben verry spiritual and my acid trip changed my view on life this is something i feal verry stongle abought and like i sead i wont be able to follow my spiritual journy whear i live now
When you tripped it was but a single step in the long road of life. I don't know how old you are but you should never place a priority on drugs. Family and friends are far more important than drugs. Never make important decisions under the influence of drugs, especially acid. Remember your trip, learn much from it, but do not let your first trip change your life; influence your life yes, but change it no. Because your not experienced enough with the drug to let in influence decisions you may regret later, irregardless of your age.
Remember, eventhough acid can be very world changing, it is still a drug and you were still high when you came up with this new life direction. Acid (and mushrooms for that matter) has a very strong "Afterglow" effect where your world is still altered, although in a much more subtle way for a few days after your trip. Wait for a few months before you act on your psychedelic inspiration. You may find that after a week or so you feel differently than you did before. Don't burn you bridges, it'll catch up to you.
i've always felt you might as well wait till you are 18 and out of your folks home.listen to your mom and dad.it may sound corny but it really isn't.your dad being a policeman should have nothing to do with it.it's a job like any other.you're fortuanate to have a dad with a good job.so my advice is to avoid all substaces until 18 at the very least and out on your own.if it sounds like the advice of a dad it is.i told my kids the same thing.but i've felt the same way even when i was young.
anyting you can achieve with drugs can be done without them.it's harder maybe but certainly doable.please don't think everyone from the so called hip era used drugs.many did not.many creative people are well known for not haveing drugs.read, listen to music, meditate.study religions and spirituality.now is a good time to get the reading done you want to help you on your journey through life.enjoy what you have and your world around you.there's better ways of preparing yourself than using drugs..ok?i.m not sure if everyone would agree but i would think most of us do.thank you for asking your question because i;'m sure many had the same question.
Join a community if you're serious, there are tons of them out there, just find the one for you, if you're that serious. Just don't expect to go there and do psychedelic drugs the rest of your life and continuing your spiritual journey. You don't need the DRUGS, you just need the BRAIN. Put it to work in this reality, not a "spiritual" one, you can do that when you're dead. And like Zeep said, LSD has an afterglow, this is the time for your brain to reformat, don't dwell on the negatives and get right back to reality. Besides that, your life is what you make it, you have plenty of opportunities living at home, despite how bad you make it sound. Just open your eyes.
