i got my christmas present today...

very cool gift! i would love to play drums! nice stress reliever too!

 

yeah. i'll never be fully proficient or badass, but it's something i've always wanted. and i gotta say, i may be a fireball in here, but in real life i'm so quiet. i LOVE making a lotta noise. 'course, i'm too respectful of my neighbors to continue it late into the night.

 

that makes me happy to read.
my neighbor is a douche, and his music room is right across from my bedroom (maybe 30 ft. away) and he plays at all fucking hours.

 

that's fucked up. people need to have more respect for each other. it's not a big deal.

I usually get my presents earlier too. There's not so much patience in my family to wait till Christmas day.

I just want your friends to film remakes of music videos that you and Dave and whoever perform in your living room jamming out and lip sinking.

Like we used to do as kids only with pots and pans.

Only make sure that you twirl your *real* drumsticks and use them to point to the crowd!

i'm surprised to say, i actually have pretty good rhythm.

 

Our neighbors put up this obnoxious line of trees, to be a sound block and to keep them from having to look at the eyesore which is apparently our property (I think we have a beautiful yard and house, but it seems not everybody likes trailer houses), and our closest neighbors besides them live a few houses down, so I should have so asked for a drum kit. Haha.

 

That'd be so funny, I remember a buddy of mine had a drumset in his apartment, which was pretty much a bunch of stacked cardboard boxes lol He got "asked" to remove the drumset, or be removed himself... he moved the next day lol
