Hey kids I'm new here. Anyway, I'll cut to the chase.

A "friend of a friend" has recently discovered the joys of ingesting poppy pods. However, this friend of mine has a hell of a time trying to fall asleep while high. Sometimes 15 - 24 hours after ingestion. Is this normal? He tried taking some benadryl and that didn't help. Any ideas for my friend?

No, its not really normal to not be able to sleep 24 hours after ingesting opiates, some people get hyper and active on opiates, but it doesn't last that long. Everyones different though.

Yeah, some people can't stay awake on them, but the ones who really get off on them get energy from opiates. I have trouble sleeping if I take something in the evening. I enjoy some opies in the morning with my coffee when I can, and it gets me going for the day! Sex aside, I can't think of a better way to start the day!
