Really analyze why you are deciding to take yourself out of this world, most of the reasons you come up with are probably so selfish that you wont be deserving of your own afterlife.

And the afterlife you do create by cutting yourself out, might not be the one you truly expected. By seeing this life so horrible, is inevitably what you are creating in your next life, hell.

I'd be very careful, even thinking about such a thing can open doors you may not want to open.

I would like to see that study. I have the exact opposite effect with weed. If I am depressed to the point where it seems impossible to pull myself outta that hole, I smoke a joint and am able to grasp onto reality enough to pull myself out most of the time.
