Covina California News: A man dressed as Santa, who had been having marital problems, opened fire at a Christmas party, leaving at least six people dead and a house ablaze, authorities said. Six bodies were found in the ashes of the house. Police Chief Kim Raney said three people believed to have been at the party remain missing. The only suspect in the incident, 45-year-old Bruce Jeffrey Pardo, killed himself at his brother's house in the Sylmar area of Los Angeles on Thursday. Pardo had died from a single gunshot wound to the head, Los Angeles police Sergeant Martin Guerrero said. Police said he was the estranged husband of a person who might have been at the party. The missing people include the couple who own the home and Pardo's ex-wife. Police say the gunman wore a Santa Claus outfit during the shooting. Mr Raney says he used a homemade incendiary devise to start the blaze after opening fire. dont worry,most are just getting their rotations switched to afghanistan.. aint nobody comin home for long... the issue it would seem is the tendency for them to kill their wives and girlfriends while they are back home,(google soldier murders wife/girlfriend) as a matter of fact if im not mistaken one or two have burned the body already this year. this guy just took it to the next level.. another thing thats worrisome is all the LEO that rotates through the guard.
