Soooo i consider myself technically pretty good at guitar. Can do some cool lead shit, don't know much theory but enough to get me by. My problem is this:
I can play something really really incredible off the top of my head, and it is all part of that moment, but when it comes to recording and writing songs it seems i lose all of my creativity. I come up with some cool parts like chord progressions and then lead and bass parts to play over those parts, but I can't really get a song together. I don't know how to make a part move into another part, I can only do it when I'm free jamming and when I FEEL what comes next so i play it.
    Any help?
Anybody even have any idea what I'm talking about?

I understand what you're saying. You could try recording yourself just messing around and jamming. Maybe when you relisten you can pick out some cool sections for songs and cool segueways within the song.

Just keep trying, try writing a song every day, you'll soon fall on something great.

Improvise. All the time. That'll do wonders.

Also when you listen to music, really LISTEN to all what's happening. That's what theory is all about... to me, it's about instantly knowing what's going on when you hear something. It really opens many doors.

    Melody, that is the key.

The best music is always that which comes from the soul - no rehearsals, no 'thought' behind it - simply the mind's ear creating its own tunes. I write all my songs from improvisation. Everyone is different, but it sounds like you've trained yourself to hear it before it happens. That is a good key to the doorway of sounds.
