I have a bunch of morning glory seeds that I need to take soon. I have no means of grinding, so is it ok if I just eat them whole. I ate about half a dose not crushed mixed with a grinded half. I didn't have nausea problems thanks to some good herb, so will there be any differences in my experience if I eat them whole besides more nausea? Some help would be much appreciated.

    Peace

one thing you should know... our stomach can't digest the seed coating, so in order to get the LSA, you have to chew them well. i'm talking, chew them until you can't possibly crush them any more.

in short, it's disgusting. having to completely chew this many seeds isn't fun, but i personally think it's entirely worth it.

don't expect anything other than nausea, in terms of how the effects will be compared to a cold water extraction.

eating 250-500 seeds whole (depd on dose) is a bad idea. they taste of ass, will lodge in your teeth, and will take a long time to chew properly.

plus the nausea will be overwhelming

I always put all my seeds into a peice of paper, and crush them very well with a hammer. Then I put all the seeds into a tea bag or two, let sit in a glass of cold spring water for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then I drink it and dispose of the seed mush.

it usually works well, just as long as you don't use tap water.
