Um hello! They are so not going to care if you burn their clothes infront of them. Unless you are going to steal this "massive amount of clothing" they already profited from them and could not careless about what the hell you are doing with them. You will just be "those crazy people that once danced in front of the building".
Do it, get it on the news, make people take notice, rebel. It's the only way we're going to make a damned bit of difference in the world. Through caution to the wind and fuck the system....
no matter your feelings on them as a company, is being wasteful the answer? its not gonna make any difference to them, becuase they still made a profit on those shirts that you are burning; you're burning you're own cause. why dont you just commit yourself to not buying any of their clothing and join an organization that supports this stuff, youre actions will be a lot more useful there
That's nothing, I've seen sweatshop produced Che Guevara t-shirts. Somebody's spinning in his grave. Lindi p.s. I think burning gap adverts, pamphlets, and so forth in front of one of their office headquarters would be more effective. Don't spend any money there/burn any clothes that could be donated, and get your message across. And besides, their factories are too far anyway, unless you want to go bother Bangladeshi kids over the Gap.
