We are expecting child number 3! I don't have any definate boy names picked out yet, but if it's a girl I know what we will name her. My other two have such "strange" names (as put by the ultra conservative family members) and when we made our announcement to them, the first thing I heard was "What are you going to name this one?". Gee family, thanks for the excitement! I thought I would name this one Frank or Bob. Of course, that would still be an uncommon name if it is a girl. I personally don't see anything wrong with any of the names my wife and I picked. My son Skye Trypp, and my daughter Axi Zella. Any how, my wife and my daughter and I are excited, my son doesn't want anymore babies.
Thats great! Congratulations! And I love those names! Oh and if he/she is born on the 17th of July that's my birthday, or the 31st which is my sons. Go July!
congratulations! my brother (the second oldest) always said he didn't want any other siblings either, but he loves them to death anyway he's quite a bit older than them, but i think it's a boy thing to say that lol. reading that about your son cracked me up.
Congrats to all of the HippyLandscaper family! My oldest son was not at all happy when we found out we were expecting. He was even more unhappy when we found out it was twins. It was even worse when they were born! He told me to take them back to the hospital and throw them in the garbage, didn't want anything at all to do with them, was mean, nasty...I was nearly at my wit's end for a while! He especially had a problem with his brother, not as much with his sister. I think it was a male competition thing because he had been mama's boy, and suddenly there was another one. But you know what? All three of my kids are super close. Took some time, but as they got older, the bond between them grew and grew. Not to say they don't have their moments, because believe me, they do, but all in all, it's amazing to me how protective of one another they are, and the friendships they have formed with each other. {{{Hugs}}}
If we have a girl her name will be Akina Kaylin. For a boy we are kinda tossing around the idea of Xen Alexavier. I am impartial as to what we are having. I think that if we have a boy, Skye and the newbie can beat up on eachother and Axi might get a bit of a break, but in reality the two would probably gang up on her, in which case she would be one of those tough little girls. If we have another daughter, I am betting that Skye will have a lot of friends
I have step kids and i'm really close with my oldest esp my youngest. They come from 2 different mothers. One day the oldest was acting up, so i just raised my voice a notch and stated you have 2 options, you can either respect me and have a normal conversation with me or go into your room and calm yourself down until you know how to talk to me , the youngest came in and said You don't talk to my sister like that ??? I said to her . Please stay out of this i am the adult, until you are an adult you have no say in this now please go back to your craft sweetie. VERY protective. She realized her sister was acting up but wanted to be on her sisters side. WE still get along absolutely fantastic. We still obviously bang heads one in aehile because we are all girls . And them going through puberty but other than that i totally respect them protecting eachother. I have 1 sister who never ever protected me. I remember 1 time in school thats it . But through living with a ex bro in law abusively she didn't do nothing. So i am proud to say i'm very glad my girls stand up for eachother
Congrats! You're son will probably come around when the baby does. When my mom was pregnant, my little brother hated it but it didn't take too long after the baby came home for him to fall in love...with being a brother again lol Is he older or younger?
Yeah, but it is probably better that they are close to the same age. I am hoping that they will all watch eachothers backs and stand up for one another. Besides, the hand me downs that I do keep won't have to sit around for long between children.
