    i've read about this before... but never cared to follow up on it.. figuring it was along the same lines as banana peels and pumpkin seeds

    pine needle tea is actually quite nourishing if you've been meandering thru the forest with no food...

    came to me when I saw all the dead trees laying near the curbs for collections..
    People throw them away like xmas is so disposable..

    collect them from the corners.. dried pine trees make amazing bonfires

    They make great largemouth bass homes too..
    I layed up a few dead trees near this creek bed. Nice fishing there for a while..

    We have a small lake behind my house, and a few years ago, 2 guys went out on the lake and put over 50 christmas trees in our lake, tied down with cinder blocks.

    Pretty good, since it's a pretty small lake. I fished there everyday until I was 12, because at that point they hired a security guard to keep people from fishing there, but he only lasted a year, so I can fish there again!
